Weekend registration form web page.
Payment for the Catoctin Weekend is accomplished through PayPal or credit card secure payment service. After completing this form you will be redirected to PayPal Direct, or Paypal's Credit Card Service (a Paypal account is not required). Your registration WILL NOT be valid until we get confirmation of payment. Your email address and phone number is required so that we may notify you when this occurs and send you your ticket reference number.
*Fields are required information. The form may be used for up to four people, but please use the Name1 field for the person who will be the main point-of-contact, to agree with the email address information.
Member price: $86 for adults; $70 for children 4-14; nonmembers $98 adult/$74 children. Children are ages 4-14, under 4 is free. Early bird discount of $6 until Sept. 20. Cancellations: Until September 19, full refund. September 20 - October 3, $16 fee. October 4 and later: no refund. BFMS members who apply by September 12 will be admitted before non-members. Artistic & work scholarships available.
