7-9:30 PM (Intro Lesson: 6:30 PM). Melissa Running calls to the music of Tina Chancey (fiddle), Janina O'Brien (piano) and Mark Vidor (accordion). . Pre-registration is not required, but please email aefallon@verizon.net to let us know if you can help with pre-dance setup and/or post-dance hall restoration. Such help is much appreciated! Face masks are optional. Venue has windows and filter fans for circulation and ventilation. Please bring own water. Snacks to share are welcome if you bring napkins+appropriate paper goods+utensils and plan to clean up after snack time. Music by Djangolaya Trio. Lesson begins at 2:45 p.m. with a half-hour of beginner instruction and 15 minutes for an intermediate or advanced move. Dancing follows until 6 p.m. Dance to a lively mix of folk waltzes with a few other couples’ dances, including Tango, Hambo, Swing, and Polka. Admission is $15, $5 for full-time students with ID.
