BFMS Song Swap
BFMS is having in-person events again! Being mindful of the need to protect those most at risk of infection from Covid-19, we are requiring until May 1 2023 pre-registration and proof of vaccination for many events. These requirements may be adjusted depending on the venue (indoor vs outdoor) and the trends of Covid-19. Pre-registration links for each event will lead to both a waiver and payment capability. We look forward to seeing you in-person soon!
The Song Swap is a place for folks to come together and share songs, community, and keep the live singing tradition thriving. We take turns around the circle. If you are shy about leading a song, don’t fret…we sing many songs with choruses and your voice will blend in with everyone else’s. Please come prepared with a few songs ahead of time (bring lyrics if you need 'em).
While we have been getting together on zoom, the BFMS songswap has become transcontinental and international with participants from west, farther west, and north and northwest across the border. You can drop in on the zoom and meet (and hear / sing with) some nice folks we 're not likely to meet in person!
