BFMS Scholarships
BFMS sets aside $500 a year for small grants to BFMS members seeking to upgrade skills that benefit the BFMS community. Scholarship funds may help to defer tuition or travel expenses to attend workshops, summer camps, and courses for dance musicians and callers. There is no deadline for applications, but they must be received before the event takes place. Send a letter describing the event, overall costs, how much you are requesting, and how assisting you would benefit the BFMS community to Scholarship Committee, BFMS, P.O. Box 65144 Baltimore MD 21209.
